Because you are paying no attention to the advice you are getting. We deal with only realistic situations here, not fairy tales. There is no chance in the world your friend intentionally needled you while you were sleeping or passed out. People don't do that.

Oh good grief. Is this a joke? "getting poked by a needle with hiv, fluid blood" while you were sleeping??? And not noticing it at the time??? And that your roommate intentionally tried to infect you with HIV???

The best advice I can give is that you seek professional counseling. Feel free to return to the forum when you have a realistic risk to ask about.

Patience, patience! This isn't a24/7 service, but a nonprofessional community forum staffed by volunteers and your question came in after business hours in North America. We try to respond to new questions within 24 hours.

None of the events you describe carries any significant risk of HIV. You really needn't worry about it. While HIV transmission theoretically could occur, nobody has ever been known to acquire HIV through such exposures. You really needn't worry about it.
