early hiv symptoms

About a month ago I performed oral sex on a woman whose sexual history I know includes unprotected sex. I also had literally about 5 seconds of unprotected penetration before we used a condom (stupid, I know).

About 3 weeks later I developed extreme fatigue, a fever and a dry cough, which about 4 days later turned into what seemed like a congestion cold. Now that has subsided, but I recently noticed some white patchy fuzzy stuff on the very back of my tongue. I have no rashes and no diarrhea. I know that these are all symptoms at various stages of HIV, and was just wondering if this combination of symptoms sounds like anything suspicious? I got tested at 3 weeks for HIV and it came back negative, do you think I need to get tested again?
