ejaculating on the penis in a homosexual risk of HIV

Can HIV be transmitted in a situation where my partner ejaculated onto my penis and used their semen for masturbation on me?

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected (no condom) penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

Any fluid or blood that you encounter outside of those situations is NOT a risk for HIV. HIV is a very fragile virus and loses its ability to infect once it is outside of the body.

There was no anal sex. Only 1 or 2 min oral without ejaculation.
