i never have anal sex. I met up with a transsexual escort and performed oral sex on him. He ejaculated in my mouth and i swallowed. I had a small abrasion/ cut on the inside of my lip from the day before and could still feel it. Is this a hiv concern? I know that this forum maintains that oral sex is no risk but is that still the case for ejaculation in the mouth and a small cut on the lip. Thanks
