exposure risk and symptoms

I know testing is the only way to know, but I didn't think I had a high risk experience until symptoms appeared.  I'd appreciate any thoughts.  The end of November I received protected anal sex for a short time, no ejaculation.  Twenty minutes later a man pushed his unprotected penis up against my anus.  He did not penetrate but did push himself up against me a few times.  He did not ejaculate as he just pushed on my anus couple times.  I'm now concerned whether or not he may have had pre-*** on his penis and him just pushing his penis up to my anus was of high risk.  I would have been tested by now but didn't exhibit any symptoms until 15 weeks later.  My neck and armpit nodes are tight and feel sore.  I've had diarrhea for two weeks and going (I was on two antibiodics for sinus infection, quit after the diarrhea started by the diarrhea hasn't stopped).
Any thoughts on risk and symptoms?

At no time were you at risk of contracting HIV. Keep playing around unprotected and you will find yourself at risk.

Diarrhea occurs from antibiotics generally because the medicine destroys the beneficial bacteria in the intestines that helps to digest food.  You need to call your doctor immediately regarding the antibiotics!

That concerns me greatly.  Your sexual activity is zero risk.  You are much more likely to experience problems from stopping your antibiotics.

Thanks for helping me sleep tonight, jhguy011.  I'll go ahead with the testing for finality, but appreciate your response.
P.S. I know I shouldn't have stopped the antibiotics, I just got so worried about the diarrhea.  Should have called the doctor instead.

You should not have stopped the antibiotics without consulting your doctor.  Stopping antibiotics before the medication has been used completely can allow the bacteria to become resistant to antibiotics and become much more difficult to treat.  But that's just a side note.

You did not have a risk of HIV.  Pushing against the anus is not the same as penetrating inside.  Once someone penetrates your anus, your anus and the penetrating penis experience friction, which can cause very small tears in the rectum.  This is the entry way for HIV.  But pushing against the anus, even with pre-***, is zero risk.

You can get an HIV test, and it will be conclusive.  But I can assure you with certainty that it will be negative.
