Dr. Hook,
Thank you very much for your help.
Welcome to our forum. I'll be pleased to address your questions. The events you describe carried no meaningful risk, at all, for HIV for other STDs. You do not need to worry and do not need testing.
Before I address your questions, a few general comments. There are no cases in which anyone has ever gotten HIV from receipt of oral sex, even unprotected oral sex and your exposure was condom protected and therefore certainly no risk. Second, most commercial sex workers do not have HIV and when they use condoms, they do it to protect themselves from customers, not the other way around, Thus you can be confident that the condom placed on you was a good one. Third, while I have no 1rst hand experience in trying to do so, I suspect that trying to re-roll a used condom would be quite a mess and difficult to do- I sincerely doubt, as you do, that the condom had been used before. Finally, there are also no instances in which HIV has been transmitted by transfer of genital secretions or blood from one person to another on someone's hands. This is not a concern or a risk.
1. Did I put myself at risk for catching HIV by sucking on these strippers fingers?
See above. there are no cases of HIV which have been proven to be transmitted in this way.
2. If this condom was already used on someone else previously (it looked like it was not used because it looked rolled up like when they first come out of the packaging) and then she used it on me for oral, am I at risk for HIV?
See above. I have no way to answer your hypothetical, "what if" question and find it most unlikely to have occurred.
3. Do I need testing for this situation?
I see need for worry or for testing related to the events you describe.
I hope you find my comments helpful. EWH
