fresh hiv blood on coin infectious??help

pls help me .i am so terrified!

1.I bought soybean milk from a lady(people say she is HIV-POSITIVE) yesterday .  when I catch the change over her hand I    found a band-aid on her hand and her wound was obviously bleeding at that time. I carelessly put the coin which she gave me with her bleeding fingers and there's some blood on the coin(I think it would be blood ,because the coin was wet ), then I zipped my wallet and the zip fastener there was somehow contaminated by the blood.
2. four hours later, I tried to organize my wallet, so my fingers touched the zip fastener where the contaminated blood was on.
3.thirty minutes later, I got some mosquito bites on my arm and I  scratched there with my dirty fingers.  unfortunately I found that the scratch somehow started to bleed.(so I am afraid that the hiv bloods of that lady finally came into my body through my skin, because my skin was scratched to bleed ,not intact )
I am not sure how much blood was on my fingers(after I scratched myself into bleeding. I found no obvious blood inside my nails).so I think it was a very small dose(less than 0.5ul on my fingers) 1. could you please tell me if HIV virus can survive outside its host for more than four hours (I think It would be dried up ) ?
opinions concerning HIV virus differ from one to another. 2.am I in great danger? 3.Need a test three months later? Doctor, I am terrified. PLS  tell me the truth, I can accept It.

thank you for the comment.i know hiv can not live well out of body, but i am not sure if i was misinformed. Many people – even may experts – say HIV dies in seconds to minutes outside the body. however, In laboratory studies, scientists dried HIV on glass slides, and then hours and days later checked to see if it could infect cells. In all such studies, some HIV lived for hours to days after drying.i learn these from this site:http://dontgetstuck.org/introduction-3/prevention-lies-and-abuse/what-is-your-risk/.so confused!!!!so terrified!so frustrated to find the truth about it .help!
