Hiv test accurate at 5 weeks?

Dear doctor. I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend and was on my periods. After 3weeks I started feeling light headed and headache and also felt pain in my Arms and burning sensations in my lymph nods of armpits and knees. I did a hiv antibody test where they took blood from my arm. The hiv test was done after 5 weeks of exposure and was negative. But I still have the symptoms and I am very worried. Can u help me out? What should I do now ? Is my test result accurate at 5 weeks??

If your test was a duo combo ag/ab it would be accurate 28 days after the exposure. If it was a normal antibodies test, it would be accurate 3 months after the exposure.

Thanks for your response. It was a normal antibodies test. Is there a possibility that it can turn positive after 3months? I am so worried
On the paper is written serology negative. So it is not that's accurate after 5 weeks of exposure.
You symptoms are likely in your imagination. Your test was accurate and you don't have hIV.
I just hope it's accurate at 5weeks. I'm so confused and nervous and the symptoms are just getting worse.  My only concern is will the test result change at 8 weeks and 12 weeks ?
