he didn't tell me he was HIV+

sorry to bother you. i'm quite worried. 2 days ago i was the receptive partner with another male.
he wore a condom but after we were finished he told me there was a hole in the condom, then he told me he was HIV+.
he told me his viral load was undetectable (but how can i trust him if he didn't even tell me his status to begin with?)
he thinks he pulled out in time (again - how can i trust him). I took post exposure prophylaxis within 2 hours of the event and I'm still taking it. is there anything else i should do - how high are the risks from this exposure?
thank you,
panicked

There is NO such thing call, Pulling out on time. Still risky having, even without ejec.
Go for a test at 03rd month.

You cannot press charges against someone for consensual sex.  Even if someone swears up and down that they are neg, they could be lying...each person who trusts a new partner is taking a chance, even with condom use, as obviously they fail from time to time.  Bottom line, the risk is there, period.  I'm also willing to bet that the OP never ASKED if his partner was POS or not BEFORE sex, which is the time to ask.

Unless a person is in a committed relatioship where both parties have tested together, there is always a risk.  And, people have to take responsibility for their own health and safety.

having an undetectable viral load does not mean that he is not infectious.

test 3 months post PEP for a conclusive result.
