Had sex with a sex worker and condom broke.. help!!

Hey guys,

I'm a stupid , stupid 25 yr old uk male . Same as you've heard in quite a few questions posted here I thought it'd be a good idea to have sex when i was ridiculously drunk and went with a sex worker for the first time. We protected oral sex and only noticed the condom had broken at the end of vaginal intercourse so I'm not sure how long it had happened.
I left pretty quickly but i know I should have asked if she had any infections. Such an idiot. I never want to do this again and now I'm in fear.
After about two days I began getting a sore frenulum and red around the urethra, it feels kinda tingly not painful. I felt like i've needed the toilet alot but im not sure whether this is a symptom of anxiety or sti. I also think 've had discharge but not certain it's related again.
I went to the clinic and got tested for UTI and a HIV blood test , I know this is way too early but I was scared. The UTI was negative but I'm still sure I have either Chlamydia or Gonnorhea.
It's now been a week later and rim around penis and frenulm are still the same but now I also feel ill, as in coldy. My throat feels a bit sore and glands are definately swollen. Could this be an early sign for HIV ARS?
I'm going back to the clinic on monday for a  retest for UTI and discuss with Dr. there but am freaking out this whole weekend.
What are my chances with the risk i put myself in that I could have HIV ?

Thanks you so much for your speedy reply.I'm in a whole world of fear at the moment and that's really useful to know for my anxiety sake. I know if i get through this ok I'm never doing it again.
Do you think it's too soon to tell if i have chlamydia or gonnorhea?

Hi Stupidguy12,

Chance of hiv increases if you had other stds already present when you had unprotected sex. If you are worried about chalmydia or gonnorhea you can go get test soon to know for sure.

For hiv, because you have had a risk, you should get tested at 3 months.
