help me I´m scarred

three weeks ago he practiced oral sex on a man, then I had an ulcer in my mouth. you practice oral sex as for 1 minute and the man ejaculate in my mouth, I spat on the spot.

I have some risk of contracting HIV by having the ulcer in my mouth?

I'm really scared, I lived three weeks of hell.

I have not had diarrhea or fever, nor has given me headaches. I have just a swollen lymph node in my throat and I always get on the same side when I have it in my mouth ulcers.

please help me.
