Justcantdropthis

Hi can any one help me from reading through many fourms it seems I had a no risk exposher (comdom protective sex) I've been to a gum clinic and tested for gonorrhea and clymidia witch were negative and the nurse said there was no risk.since this happend I've had fatigue and frequent head aches and for about the last 2 weeks I've had a minor sore throat and pain in random parts of my body and a white coating over my tounge.now I keep reading that some times comdoms have tiny holes in witch makes me worried so my question is does the time scale of these symptons seem like some thing I should worry about ?

You never had an exposure.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

Hi Mate

I am on the same boat as you my friend. I also had Protected sex vaginal.Unprotected oral and worst it was with a Sex Worker. I also had the same questions as you. the What if .. What if the condom was not good .. What if the condom has tinny holes. for the past 2 months i had pains , night sweats , sore throat. itchy and rash you name it. you keep reading symptoms in the net and you soon have them all.

I bet this symptoms were there before but you never notice them because you didnt had an excuse to do so. but now you have.

I had tested with 4th gen atigen and antibody test at 4 weeks and at 7 weeks. they were all negative.

people will tell you the only way to knwo is to test .. and 3 months is the key.

Believe me i dont like it either. but every where i go and read they all say diferent things exept one

3 months test is the key

trust me its hard .. I know it I am also in the same boat .. waiting and speculating.

I have been told in this forum by many members i had no risk if I used a condom

but do we want to believe it ? I certanlly struggle to do so

hope you are ok and its all in your mind .. Remember you are not alone in this
