I know I have asked this question before. I had given oral sex with swallowing ejaculation to my guy. I did not have any penetrate sex with him. Prior to him haven't had sex for a year. Was told I have hsv 1 and since then been paranoid. I have tested three times for hiv this year each three months apart Nd was negative three times. Tested four years ago prior to this and was negative. I understand that oral sex is no risk. But I have yeast infection in vaginal area and in mouth. I have been to doctor and she said it was more than likely due to antibiotic clindamycin I was taking for my abcesses in my wisdom teeth. I am very scared as I have read that thrust is a symptom. Is it possible to have thrush in mouth without having hiv? Is this truly medicinal related like doctor said? I think I have had it in mouth once before as I remember seeing it before. But yet have tested negative. Please help.

I'm sorry I am just paranoid. I do not like being this way either. It's a long story as to why I am this way. But I was in a relationship with a guy from the military and ever since I found out I contracted genital hsv 1 him and still accepted him and then he admitted with sleeping with different woman in ports and never used protection during our time together I have been extremely paranoid and every little thing drives me nuts with worry. I am sorry for the many questions and know you all are not counselors in anyway. But I feel comfortable asking questions here my apologies

what i'd like to ask you is this:

WHY would you come back to the forum asking these questions WHEN you've been told that you NEVER had a risk?????

*****IT'S NOT HIV RELATED*****

Okay sorry but last and final question. Yesterday I had the sniffles and felt a little off. I thoughti may be having a cold and took my temperature it is usually between 97.4 and 98.2 last night and this morning was 96.3 and 96.8 can a cold house lower my temperature or is this a serious illness? Should I worry? Are my three oraquick rapid tests accurate? Can hiv cause a lower body temp? I actually feel good today. Last night felt really tired and cold.

Your Hiv tests are all negative and you never had a risk in the first place so you can 100% rule out Hiv.The oral thrush is not related to Hiv and is common when on antibiotics, your doctor is correct. You can stop worrying about Hiv as what you engaged in was never a risk.Take care.
