1.do i have any risk of hiv 2.are there any unknown viruses or yin aids

hello Dr ,i am a chinese. three months ago ,i had sex with a girl at a bar.it was oral fellatio without condom and vaginal penetration with condom .i had diarrhea and had a bad cold on the second day.i did hiv duo test in four weeks later and two months later.all the results were negative but my symptoms were constant.my symptoms are full body muscle beating ,full body joint sounds,chills of chest and back,tight forehead.i found many chinese net friends and we have some similar symptoms. they call the disease"Yin zi" just like "yin aids‘’.people with this disease have similar symptoms . But the goverment says it has nothing to do with hiv and just is psychological reasons .many people also believe that unknown viruses or "yin zi" exists.  we are very helpless .we want the same healthy life as before.

No one can predict the future. As you were advised, you had no risk for HIV and you should see your doctor if you continue to feel unwell.

The government is right that is just psychological. Going on the net looking for symptoms is just going to frighten you, and the natural reaction to fear is sweating and tensing up.
Only sex risks are unprotected anal or vaginal that is penetrating and oral is not a risk. This HIV science is 40 years old and very well established, so the good news is nothing you can add to your situation including whatever your net friends come up with will make you at risk.
Plus your test conclusively proved you don't have HIV,

So try to accept the science and stop studying your body and discussing it with other people who are afraid that they are dying, and you might be able to relax. If you can relax likely all your symptoms will disappear..

Your self diagnosed symptoms are likely in your imagination since your friends all claim to have them too but none of you has any medical training - and they are basing it all on some new kind of science (Yin zi") someone made up that doesn't exist.

But I can't diagnose you so if you relax and the symptoms won't go away then see your doctor.

If you didn't have std tests, you can check the std forum for info because condom does not protect against all std.
