hiv concern

Goodmorning..I havent been on this site for 7 months as my concerns of contracting hiv were eventually put to rest(without test)..My story is this back in January when my GF and i were both negative we had a break and on that week break i exlpored something that had been niggling at me...sex with a male.. All i did was give and receive oral(no ejaculation in mouth),have the tip of a condom covered vibro onsert in anus and orgasm to hand job .Yet the male who had an old friend staying with him went off and ran at me at pace with a cloth to wipe my ****(I WAS SHOCKED)...I questioned what were they doing and thought that was strange, concerned that the cloth was the same as he had wiped his ejaculate from OR MAYBE HIS OLD FRIENDS...one week later i had coldsores(never had them before and little black dots on the cheeks of my inner mouth..other symptoms over the next 7 weeks were, fatigue, feeling hot and cold, head for about 3 weeks solid felt like i was hungover, burning tongue for couple of days, and a light  rash on chest and arms that was there for a few hours then disappear then return the next day)..
The problem is i never told my GF of this encounter or my symptoms yet she had all the same symptoms as myself over a period of about 5 weeks...thats whay made me ask questions on this site last january.. Over time i rest my fears as no symptoms yet two weeks ago i have been sexual with new girlfriend and she has complained of temparature and feeling sooo tired just as i did...
My fears of this encounter i had have returned... at the time i tested negative for every std yet was too scared to have hiv test.
once and for all is it possible that you can contract hiv from oral/ inanimate object or what concerns me more is someone wiping seaman into the head of your **** from a wet flannel a second after his cum was on it????
Thankyou for reading this and hope to hear from you?

Marky,

I know the sense of fear and confusion that you are going throughm but believe me - what you are saying is irrational.

Please let this by your final post - you are not at risk, you do not have HIV.  If you are still worried or unconvinced, have another test to affirm it.  However in saying that, most doctors would refuse to test you as your risk level is ACTUALLY 0.

Go for a walk, get some air in your lungs and just live your life.
