Hiv deep kissing

Hi,
My question has two parts:
I met woman end of last december and we had some deep kissing roughly. I have bad habit of picking dry skin from lips and I often have bleeding cuts on my lips. My gums also bleed easily.
I started to have following symptoms middle of March:

Sore throat
Body ache
Lost fat from butt and legs
White tongue
Night sweats

I had super big stress same time so these could also because of it.
12 weeks after my risk situation I tested negative. Can I trust that?

I also had similar situation in February 26th. I deep kissed another woman after I had brushed my teeth. I'm scared if womam had cut on lip bleeding and my gums/lip was bleeding. Im very anxious and not able to sleep because of these.

Ok. These symptoms are just making me really worried.
I also have had chills etc.
But maybe I can just relax.

How can you have a false negative WHEN YOU HAD NO RISK?

But no false negative?
Even with ongoing symptoms?

If I would have been in risk situation, is the quick test ( finger) reliable after 12 weeks.
I just have to get these fears out of my head.

Thanks for reply.
I have family and my biggest fear is to make them sick. I hate my mistakes.
