hiv from red itchy boil of penis shaft

Sorry for my poor english language.
I did sexual intercourse with a prostitute one week ago. I donot know her hiv status positive or negative.
I used condom in the intercourse properly for safe sex.
But one of my concern is that I had a red itchy boil with fluids and pus in my shaft of penis. My penis was not full errected at the time of intercourse. After intercourse and withdrawell I observed  that the condom was slipped upto head of my penis and it didnot cover the itchy boil because the itchy boil was near the base of penis.
I am sure the skin damaged itchy boil touched vaginal fluids inside vagina in  the intercourse many times due to condom slippage.
Is HIV transmitted through the skin of the itchy boil ? Is it risky for HIV ? I am in very  tension....I am waiting for your comments.
