hiv in plastic bag

I know HIV not alive expose the air. But HIV blood on food in the plastic bag.  The food not expose the air.  My mouth have ulcer. I eat the food. HIV blood on food in the plastic bag.  Can I have risk ?

There was a reply as below from diver58:
"HIV never transmit via oral intake of food (even infected with blood)"
