dear doctor, my name is rahul two days before i was going to my home from a train . suddenly i got my self injured from a iron nail which is pointed outside from the train seat. only a small tiny drop of small blood came after injury. now i m worried about the hiv infection because the on the seat where i got a injury area is common may be so many people injured themself from the same nail . plz suggest me should i go for a hiv test.
