hiv possibility or not?

i am afraid i might have a possibility to get hiv this way. i had to use a public toilet, it was very dirty but had no choice. when i wanted to get out of it, i touched the doorknob, pressed on it really hard with my finger. i cleaned my hand a little bit but not enough, no soap just cold water and figured out i had a pimple on my cheek and broke it, it might have bled but only a bit, couldn't be very sure as there was not enough light in the room. immediately after i saw that i had on that finger a dark coloured spot that couldn't have come from my small wound. i worry it might have been blood on that doorknob and i touched it, from a person which used the same toilet before (it was a womens' toilet)  touching my wound with it after that. is there any possibility or it's just me freaking out? i know hiv doesent live too much in the outside, but supposing it was there from just a very small period of time...

HIV can't survive outside of the human body,it becomes inactive & unable to infect you.

10 days after this situation i had a cold and it came back to my mind, i was thinking that maybe it is symptoms of early hiv , although this is not a common way to get hiv maybe an exception or something like this happened to me..
