Welcome to the forum.
You have been seriously overtested. All you needed for 100% conclusive results was a combo test at 4 weeks or more after exposure. All other results are extra and were unnecessary. And adding negative PCR tests to the others nails it down even more conclusively.
All the business about 3 months to definitive results applies when antibody is the only test done. Even then, 6-8 weeks usually is conclusive. Below are a couple of threads that discuss these issues in more detail, including the reasons that 3 months remains the official advice even though conclusive results are available sooner than that. And by the way, looking at your question on the community forum: 6 months is old news. Ignore any websites or educational materials that advise waiting that long for testing of any kind.

And by the way, your symptoms aren't worrisome. They aren't typical for HIV, and anyway the blood test results always overrule symptoms.
So no worries, no need for further testing, and if you have a regular partner, you can continue or resume your normal sexual practices without putting that person at risk for HIV.
I hope this has been helpful. Best wishes. Go Seahawks!
