HIV Exposure - worried about risks

Dear All,

I am a male. Over the past 4 months, I have engaged in sexual activities with high-risk female prostitutes:

(a) Never engaged in unprotected/protected vaginal/anal intercourse.
(b) She giving me oral sex (protected).
(c) Inserting my fingers inside the vagina - on one occassion the girl was menstruating and my hand was covered with blood.
(d) Sucking on breasts - on one occassion the girl had a big lesion on her breast on which I sucked. Am not sure what was the ailment or was the wound bleeding.
(e) Handjobs from the girls.
(f) Kissing - including deep smooches.

Today it has been almost 1.5 months (2 days less) since last encounter. Was down with fever diagnosed as viral fever, during the last full week.

Visited a dermatologist with problem of penies skin flaking and itching almost 15 days after last exposure. Was given medication + instructed regular cleaning. Feared herpes - but seem fine now. No warts were formed as far as I could tell.

(i) Should I be worried about HIV/STD exposure?
(ii) I am engaging in unprotected sex with my partner. She was also down with fever for 2 days in the past week. Should I continue sexual relations?
(iii) Want to get tested at the earliest. Can I get tested today?

Please help/advise.
