condom slip during pulling out and cuts

About some time back I went to a CSW (call girl) and I had sex twice. The question and worry is that whuile pulling out after sex I had waited for some time and during pulling out the condom slipped and stayed stuck to her vagina. She pulled it out but I didnt check if the condom was intact or not. I dont remember seeing any big breakage. I asked her if she got anything on her and she said she was fine..
If the condom was not OK would I know. ?
Also I had a cut during shaving on my scrotum 1 hour earlier. The cut was not bleeding.
I have always engaged in protected vaginal intercourse
