how's my risk?
i'm a male and i had sex with a massager in the hotel last 31 aug 2013 with an unknown hiv status. she gave me oral sex with condom for about 5 mins. before we have vaginal sex i change the condom with a new one. we had sex 'til we reached our climax and there is a secretion of fluid from her while my penis is inside her vagina. i can confirm that there is a fluid because the bed sheet was wet. the condom didn't break during our sex. after we had sex im so worried that i may be infected with the disease.
My situation now is, i have a small cut in my tongue (2 mm) due to abrasion of my tooth and i have a bleeding gum. we had a french kiss (tongue-tongue) and of course her saliva get into my mouth and i swallowed it. i touch her vagina with my finger but i dont have any cut.
1. how high is my risk to be infected with hiv?
experience after the incident: (ANXIETY ATTACK and very worried)
after we had sex i think to much that i may be infected with the disease and google the internet for the symptoms of HIV. during the night i had a night sweat sleeping then the same on the next night.
2. that early, is the symptoms associated with the new infection of HIV? (i'm thinking maybe i think too much and due to my anxiety causing my night sweat and also its because of the comforter that is too thick and i woke up that the room temp is 26degC.
2nd week: i had a pain on my neck (right side only) but no swollen lymph.
3. for the swollen lymph should it be both side of the neck or the whole body with lymph to be considered as a symptoms of new infection?
every morning i always check if i have a sore throat.
3rd week: i had a little sore throat because when i woke up my mouth is dry. but then through out the day its gone because i keep drinking water. (internet said that anxiety can cause dry mouth - can you confirm this doctor) since i felt it that i had a mild sore throat. i prepare a home medicine, i boiled salt, pepper and ginger then gargle it. i suffer 2 days for the mild sore throat and its gone after i took the medicine i prepared.
4. if i have HIV infection that mild sore throat can not be treated by ordinary medicine? is it a sign of HIV infection? by the way its my 5th week and i don't have any sore throat.
5th week: i felt a needle pricking on my feet. if i seat for a long period of time or if i didn't change the position of my legs that's the time i feel it.
i dont have fever, rashes or muscle pain until now but since i always thinking that i may infected with HIV i always feel unwell. i didn't talk to any doctor that's why i came up to your forum. by the way i have a gastritis 5 years ago and before the incident it already attacked me that's why i feel nausea. since i worried too much i think it aggravate it.
5. is it true that HIV can be transmitted if someone saliva get into the eye?
Doctor: am i infected with HIV for all my symptoms? should i go for testing? i'm a married man and if my wife ask me to have sex i resist it because i'm very worried that i have the disease. i'm very cautious playing with my baby because im worried that without knowing i can transmit if ever i have the disease.

It's ok,it might be the guilt you are feeling--remember that a CSW just wants your money but family is forever--in future put family first.

What do the words''You had protected vaginal sex,you never had a risk" mean to you?You don't have to be concerned about your wife and child as far as HIV is concerned because you can't pass on a virus to them that you don't have yourself.

Thanks for the reply. Im almost ok with your answer but my wife and baby got sick for a week and both of them got a fever of 40C, my wife got sore throat. I didnt make love to my wife after the incident because im observing myself. The only thing is did is smock kissing to her lips. For my baby, i accidentally kissed her eyes and i dont know if some saliva is in my lips when the time i kissed her. We went to the clinic and the findings for them they said is viral infection. They did blood test on my baby and there is a low in white blood cells, lymphocytes is low also. Im not sure if its cause by the hiv virus but i'm a bit worried that i have the disease and i infect my family.
Do you think im expose and need to be tested? Im now on 8 weeks after the incident.
