Any possible exposure to HIV/AIDS

Dear Doctors and Hello to Everyone,
I have read a lot on the forum and topics of HIV/AIDS on Medhelp - it helps a lot. I just need to clarify a few things.
Often, when I masturbate, after ejaculation I use several items like tissue papers, paper napkins or even some times toilet paper to clean the foreskin and head of my penis to remove the sticky semen. I even some times use my old vest or underwear to keep my penis and glans clean after taking bath.
I just want to confirm whether anyone can get infected by HIV by using the above mentioned materials. I mean these things - tissue papers, paper napkins, toilet papers they regularly come in contact with the glans penis and my semen. My topics of worry are-
*HAVE ANYONE EVER SEEN (OR HEARD ABOUT) AN HIV/AIDS INFECTION THROUGH THIS ROUTE???
**AM I MORE THAN 100% SAFE AND NOT DOING ANYTHING WRONG???
***IS THERE ANY HARM IF I CONTINUE DOING SO???
I am very well aware that HIV is not spread by such kind of mutual touching but then also I am much concerned about this problem which has become a major cause for my everyday severe depression and anxiety. Its like I have developed some kind of phobia against HIV/Aids. Every day I just spent most of my time and energy about thinking and finding ways about how can i get HIV infected even when I know that I am not doing anything that can put me in any kind of danger. I see people around myself which never either cares nor concerned about such issues.
I am a college student and just can't concentrate on my studies because of this HIV/AIDS phobia resulting in poor performance in the class.

In hope for highly appreciated and awaited help from Members & Experts of Medhelp......
KIND REGARDS

Hello again to all Doctors and everyone on Medhelp, AND
Thanks to DIVER58 for his very sincere reply.

I specially pay more attention towards my sexual cleanliness and surely avoid dirty clothes. My concern is only that whatever I use to clean my glans and penis - tissue papers, paper napkins or even some times toilet papers (as I have already mentioned in my last post), they directly come in contact with the glans and even to the semen when used after masturbation. This is my real cause of worry. I am afraid whether direct contact of the  items like mentioned above with glans and penis can cause HIV/AIDS. Did anyone ever in world get infected with HIV from mutual contact with such general and day to day items?? Can such a case be really possible or not?? I know that I am doing nothing that is putting me in danger but still I am really scared and confused about the mentioned subject.

Any further comments and replies will highly appreciated
Thanks

Manmohann Ji ! Solo masturbation is an absolutely safe sexual practice, no matter what you use for wiping the mess off. Certainly there is no chance of HIV transmission this way,,, Zero,,, ZERO.. However it is a matter of personal cleanliness that used or dirty clothes may be avoided.
