i had a gingivai bleeding and my chopsticks is not clean,am i in danger?

hi . i have a question to ask you. i went out to eat something yesterday. the chopsticks that i used touch the desk. i am afraid that if there is some hiv‘s blood or other body fluid or saliva in the desk. after the chopsticks touch the desk,i went on use them. and then i went home and used some water to gargle. i am not sure if i make my mouth clean. after that i ate something and drank some porridge. and then i gargled again. i am afraid it was not clean enough so i went to brush my teeth. but when i was brushing my teeth, i had a gingival bleeding. my teeth blood was out. if my chopsticks really touch the hiv’ blood or other body fluid and then i had a gingivai bleeding. will i get hiv? i am afraid. my English is poor. can you understand my words? i am really afraid now. plz help me

You never had an exposure. HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

you had NO risk.  hiv is not transmitted through environmental surfaces or inanimate objects.
