if I am HIV positive

54 days ago, I was so stupid to have two times unprotected sex and kiss with my new girlfriend. Iam in USA and this girl also in USA. She had two babies, one had six years old, healthy. New baby had 8 month old, looks normal and active.
Just next day, I had one score in my left mouth corner, but no high fever, maybe had lower fever and chronic dirrhea to continue long time(about four weeks). At four weeks, I saw doctor and did RNA loading, CD4/8 ratio and counts, WBC counts and antibody test. All shows perfect negative. Doctor told me I may had too much anxiety and may have cold sore. But somedays I still have lower degree fever, about 99.5 and headache and other symptoms. I still exercise and eat at same amount as before. But I have never had all these symptoms. I checked HIV antibody at six and eight weeks, still negative. My doctor asked me to retest at six month later.
Does I get HIV like this? How much possbility I could have?
I am upset and day and night I always think this. Please help me. I can not save myself.

8 week test is 98-99% accurate.
HIV test is compoulsary for the pregnant girls in USA.

see mike, symptoms tell nothing about hiv since they look like other common illnesses.
your 8 week result is encouraaging, get tested at 12 week mark . I feel strongly that you will come negative
