in need ot reassurance

can somebody explain to me how hiv is actually transmitted, does it die when infected body fluids hit the air? of get onto a hand?
I know ive posted a question yesterday, but ive never had sex only a i boy ftouched the very opening of my vagina  and i think he had sperm on his hand.  2 weeks after the event i felt really sick. Now, a month later im still feeling sick and have every other symptom of hiv (apart from the fever) my muscles, throat etc. are really aching and all i want to do is sleep, and i cant seem to eat any food, ive totally gone off it, and am worried sick about contracting hiv this way.

I guess there are a few things - do whatever floats your boat. Try new experiences?

Or take some exercise, walking, swimming, jogging, housework, visit a friend / family, telephone a friend / family, go to the cinema, see a show, go to a concert, hook up with your place of worship, go shopping, get some healthy groceries, drink some camomile tea with honey, meditate, volunteer for a charity, listen to an NLP / relaxation / self help recording, cook or bake something, take a massage, check listings papers for events, listen to some music, organise your music collection, play some music, system admin on your computer, look for a new job, look for a new course, update your resume, make to do lists, read a good book, make some food for your nervous system (B complex rich), join a club or association, do domething for someone else, raise money for a charity, speak with a counsellor, take a second job, work on your dreams, book a holiday, sing, whistle, breathe deep, learn a foreign language, find and develop a new skill, light some jossticks, read a newspaper, watch a feel good film, take a bubble bath, sort out your wardrobe, look over some photographs,    ....

Whatever you do keep healthy.

Or do what you'd normally do to procastrinate when it's revision time for exams.:)

Personally, I've started reading some prayers. They have put the woes of little old me into a bit more perspective.

"all i can think about is hiv. "
Yeah all this cyber self diagnosing, risk reckoning, window period calculations for me and her, trying to work out the truth is making me one-dimensional and slightly paranoid.

I start a new job on Tuesday which will keep me pre-occupied.
Can't wait.

i forgot to mention the random menstrual bleeding, which is different and out of balance to my normal period. is this a sign of something else? or could this also be caused by anixety?
i have been to my doctor a couple of times, but no results to put my mind at ease from it, which is why im no searching the web and forums

HIV is NOT spread through foreplay unless you are sharing IV works with your partner during foreplay.
