infection through mouth

3-4 drops of blood from my wife's (who is a HIV +) breast entered my mouth, i immediately washed my mouth with water, is there any chances of me getting infected with virus. I am worried please reply me back.

Oral exposure of infected body fluid does not cause HIV transmission. Saliva contains enzymes inactivating the virus. You were not at risk.
