intermittent pains in left neck 2 years after low risk exposure

Hi,

I felt dull aching pains (lasted 1-2 seconds at a time) that come and goes on different points on my left neck area, it comes sometimes when I bend down or when I take a deep breath, but not everytime. This lasted for about 2 months then suddenly gone.

I've never had this before, so I'm scared if this could be a sign of lymphadenopathy due to HIV. My concern is because it lasted so long ie 2 months.

My low risk exposure was penis massage about 2 years ago. I tested negative for HIV about 10 weeks after that event but I'm still worried until today.

Question:

1) Could the neck pains I described above somehow be linked to HIV-related lymphadenopathy?

2) If not, why?

Tq all.

Hi,
a massage is not a risk of hiv transmission.

Please try to control your anxiety
