I am not sure what you mean by a "stranded HIV ELISA" however the performance of the rapid tests is equivalent to the performance of the ELISAs.  Further, since you have been tested 3 times with two  tests, worrying about the performance of any 1 test is a waste of your time- believe the tests!!

As I said, the Prralvex would not change the accuracy of your tests.

Thanks Dr for your valuable advice. I don't believe there is difference between rapid test and stranded HIV elisa test if result was negative, this is what I  understood from this forum. is that correct , also Pyralvex I used to put on my mouth sore not to consume. thanks for your valuable advice...

Welcome to our Forum. I see your question has already been answered by the folks on the HIV Prevention Community site and this answer will serve to confirm what has already been said.  First, you do not know that your partner had HIV- it is unlikely that she did.  Second, there is no risk for HIV from the exposure that you describe.  HIV is not transmitted in adults through sucking on a partner's breast, even if you were to swallow some breast milk or secretions.  Third, you have multiple negative tests which prove that you did not get HIV. The fourth generation test provides definitive results 4 weeks after exposure and the rapid tests provide definitive answers at 8 weeks and beyond.  You can believe these test results and do not need further testing- you did not get HIV from the exposure you describe.

Vitamin B or Pyralvex would not slow down seroconversion if you were at risk for infection.

There is no reason related to the events you have described to worry about having sex with your wife.

Your daughter's rash is not in any way related to the events you describe.

I hope this helps.  You need to relax and move forward. EWH
