is testing in ICTC (india) safe????

I tested for HIV in one ICTC in Pune (india). It was negative test.

But now I am worried becoz, from childhood I am hearing / reading these stories of  lacunae, corruption & carelessness in Indian Government Hospitals.

Evereyone knows that subsidies drugs suplied by governent to these hospitals makes its way in grey market, hygine & sanitation standards are substantitaly low there.......

Therefore, considereing all above mentioned cirucumstances........ Is there a pssibilty that the syringe used to take my blood sample was not a new one or steralized one?????????

Please advise me about this, I am very tensed.

Should you not know, the cost of medical procedures in India is relatively low and the efficiency stand is relatively higher and that is exactly why we have been able to have lot of foreign nationals coming down to India precisely for Heart Surgery etc.

Now, your answer - NO. No chance in hell.
