is there high risk in contracting HIV

Hi I'm a bit concerned. I had this encounter with a guy but there was no penetration. He tried to penetrate with condom but he can't. There were hand stimulations though. I touched his penis and touched myself after. After 2 weeks, I had this lump in my vagina, south area near the anus. I had it check and got paps mear. the result was bacterial vaginosis. I got treated with antibiotic as prescribed by a doctor. is there a big chance of contracting hiv in this case?

hi

I am 21 years old guy, I had unsafe sex with my partner, lots and rough sex. the following day I found stranger white-yellowish discharge on my underwear. I thought it was because of rough sex we had but its has been 3weeks now. I am scared. there is no funny smell, just discharge and burning urine sometimes. what could it be a problem?
