You came here for reassurance and I have tried to give it to you.  Do your best to accept it at face value.  Disregard any and all further "what if" or "is is possible" questions and see your doctor if you continue to have symptoms that continue.

That's the last I will have to say.

thank u doctor,

my sexual history is very conservative, out of my 14 yrs of marriage  its only me and my wife in my sex life, jus  only 2 sexual  extra marital encounters. one is 3 yrs back, had safe sex with gal,
now this incident jus 4 weeks before, guess this too is safe sex.

anyway , i will be seeing dermatologist soon,

is syphilis possible with this minimal exposure.

Most likely your rash and other symptoms have nothing to do with your recent sexual exposure.  However, any sexually active person with an unexplained skin rash should be tested for syphilis.  See a doctor or clinic, tell them the whole store (including your sexual history), then follow their advice.

Welcome to the forum. Thanks for your question.

A rash, by itself, is never suggestive of a new HIV infection. The rash associated with HIV is always accompanied by fever and other symptoms, especially sore throat.  In addition, ths sort of rash -- "red itchy pimples" -- is not the sort of rash seen with HIV.  Finaly, you had an entirely safe sexual exposure.  You can't catch HIV without a bare penis (no condom) inside another person's vagina or rectum.  Finally, the large majority of "call girls" (commercial sex workers) don't have HIV.

If your rash continues or you otherwise remain concerned, see a doctor or clinic about it.  But don't worry about HIV.

Best regards--  HHH, MD
