Not feeling well

I had sex with a lady who was hiv positive. Oral and vaginal my lymphocyte was low and neutrophil was high should I be concerned about hiv from this encounter.

Hello,  protected vaginal sex and unprotected oral is not a risk for HIV.  All tests you've taken and future tests you choose to take are or will be negative from the exposure of unprotected oral and protected vaginal sex.  There is no reason to test further unless you wish to do so for peace of mind.  With that, we are now going to close this discussion.

I understand you had vaginal sex, but was it protected? Did you use a condom?

My lymphocyte was low too is that a sign of hiv infection. ?
