my chances of hiv from visit to manila

hi there dr
please help me.. almost 2 yrs ago, i was in manila and had sex multiple times with a number of women including sex workers and strippers and meeting girls while partying, during this time i was very reckless and wasnt thinking very clearly mainly due to alcahol and i was very immature at the time :( ....  and did not know much about hiv and std's.    at the time i was not really aware about the dangers of hiv and std's.
recently a gp asked me if i wanted 2 take a blood test and i declined, moments later i became very paranoid about what i had done in philippines..  and im now stressed out most of the day and loosing much sleep over my stupidity.  ive looked briefly on the internet about hiv but im not sure what to believe, im so scared.
there are a few moments in particular im mostly worried about,
i was having protected sex with a female sex worker, she was approx 19/20 yrs old and she was very tight. then condom BROKE... and there was chafing on my penis on the head. (im circumsized) im not sure if she was also bleeding or not .. however i didnt find out the condom broke untill after 5 or so mins...  what are my chances? im terrified this will ruin my life and my families....
another time i was having protected sex with a stripper/ most probably a sex worker..  the condom again broke, and she was also tight,  there was some blood on  the bed and my pubic area. (the sex was intense) im not sure if she ws just bleeding or on her period.i believe her blood made contact with my penis at some stage when removing, (we were both drunk) however i did wash my penis within a few mins of this happening.. what is my risk in this situation? please help
i also had sex with an ex stripper who was approx 4 months pregnant for 5 mins unprotected ....  and lastly i had sex with a sex worker. she was giving me oral sex and rubbed her vagina on my penis (approx 1 min) . i told her to stop and we used a condom,  all other sex partners was protected..
all these girls say they were clean, but who knows right, they are sex workers ,, and iv put myself in this very disturbing situation now that could change my life forever.. :(
the only symtoms i can remember was that at some point of my 2 1/5 month visit to the philippines after a week of island hopping i did get sick with fever and diarrhea for approx 2 /3 days.. i thought it was food poisoning due to an awful meal i ordered...  every time i visit philippines i usually always have bad diarrhea..
i have purchased  an oral test online, and im waiting for it. the wait is so painfull,
im wondering if anyone can help me explain what my risk factor is and any advise for someone in my situation..
and what is the risk of hiv and std in philippines
very much appreciated  and thankyou in advanced

i really have nobody to talk to .....

There's no expert in this forum, only volunteers. Expert advice is available for a fee.

Any test conducted at least 3 months post-exposure will be conclusive. Exposure is when your penis is exposed inside vagina/anus even a second long.

Assessing from symptoms alone is useless.

no one can tell you if you contracted hiv...only a test will tell one's status.
