Concerning risk

I have had a series of ailments one after the other such as sore throats that lasted almost two weeks, rashes that covered my chest for a week, canker sores in the mouth, digestive issue's and to this date I have diarrhea and feel like I could puke at any moment. So I sit back and google symptoms and the only thing that adds up is I had sex just a little over 9 weeks ago with a girl that is a drug user and shares her needles. I did have on protection during the entire act which was under a minte and to be honest probably less than 15 seconds because i thought *** am I doing. Anyways I did test myself with a Oraquick home oral testing kit at 6.5 & 9.5 weeks and it was negative so I know no antibody is conclusive until 13 weeks but is it very unlikely I did not catch HIV? All the symptoms I keep having is driving me nuts. I did not test the condom after sex just assumed it was still intact since I did peel it off. Any thoughts on how accurate a oral HIV is at the 9.5 week mark? I have seen that it didnt matter and was a waste to 98% accurate. I did not add this up in my head till this weekend and I thought geez I am constantly ill for the past two months so I have not manifested this as a thought until now but I must admit it is a bit freighting.

I have pasted a comment from a doctor which is startling and I question the condom accuracy which he may have meant that some people don't start or finish with condoms and breaks but he kinda eludes to the fact that condom are not as effective as barriers? Also is his comment correct about the oral quick home testing? I have heard that they are around 98% by week 9. Below are the Dr's  comments:

The fact is you are at risk of HIV even if the condom did not break. However, the risk is very very low at condom effectiveness is 87%. The OraQuick test at 6 weeks is nearly conclusive. At 9 weeks it is as good as 100% accurate. However, there is an inherent possibility of a false negative in the test. For all home testing results, we always encourage you to confirm it with a doctor.

I know I will get a response back that states no risk and that is appreciated but I. Would also like to know if the comments are accurate?

There is also evidence that the virus can bind onto lagerhans cells the inner foreskin (hence lower risk for circumsized males), and maybe even absorbed through the glans itself (if enough virus is present). however, all these areas are fully covered by the condom however, so still no risk.

Hi, using the condom you had no risk for acquiring hiv. The virus enters through the urethra and since the condom covers the opening it cannot get in. This is the bottom line here. Its no risk because the condom protected you.
