mutual masturbation

hi i had mutual masturbation w/ a colleague of mine. he got really mad when i asked his hiv status. his penis precum got on my penis head, im uncut. i read here its no risk, but at plan parent hood they told me it was high risk cause of the urethra and mucous membrane of the skin. should i worry about catching hiv or any std. should i test to ease my mind. this happened a wk ago and my joints have been aching and my urethra has been itchying. im sure this guy is positive if he is am i at risk
thank u

If plan parenthood told you that then they don't know anything about HIV and I doubt know anything about STDs.
