my worries over lingering symptoms

Ok I have been to massage parlour recently and I have been told I don't have a risk by those experts on aidsmeds.
But I can't explain all my sypmtoms otherwise, nor can I related them to any other desease which share similar symptoms which I could be possibly exposed with. I am a healthy person, rarely got sick, and I am very aware of my health/hygenine all the time. Now after one erotic massage season with a sex worker (no penetration, did not share a kiss, but there were nude body rubbing/licking/nake genitals rubbing/masturbation/ejaculation)
I then have all these unexplainable symptoms. They include dizziness/a low-grade fever few days after exposure, persistant hot/warm skin/low sex drive for over a month, persistant lump in throat and white tongue lasting over 7 weeks, swollen lymph nodes on neck, and then generalise lymph nodes pains and body ache start on week 6/7, plus some minor sore on gum and mouth, sleeping disturbance, fatigue etc.
Well I know symptoms doesn't mean anything here, but with those swollen lymph nodes/white tongue/body ache I still have, I am sure the doctor will ask me to do a hiv test anyway.
Now if you ask my risk, I do have acnes/pimples all over my back, they could be freshly broken during the massage so virus might have the chance to get in during the body massage/licking, and my nake penis has also rubbed/touched her wet ***** briefly and i then ejaculated. They say infection never happens that way and so it is not a risk, but I am not too sure about it.

If you don't want to believe anyone, go get tested and collect your negative result. You have no reason to live in high anxiety or the lack of knowledge on the transmission of HIV. This disease is not going to go away tomorrow.
