I repeat, with a negative 3 month test you can be confidnet that you do not have HIV.  it is time for you to stop worrying about it.

Your wife's illness in not related to HIV acquired related to the exposure you describe

Thanks for the clarification.  these drugs would not effect your HIV test results if you had acquired HIV.  you do not have HIV.  EWH

Welcome to our Forum.  You are correct to be concerned.  If your partner put a condom on, then removed it, reversed it, and then put it back on prior to having sex with you, you were exposed to his secretions.  While the extent of the exposure was not as great as if you has unprotected sex, there is some risk.

On the other hand, your negative 3 month test is good news (very good news in fact),  you do not say what dose of steroids you are taking but it is doubtful that this would delay development of antibodies in a meaningful way.  There is no reason to be concerned that growth hormone might delay development of antibodies.

The odds are very, very much in your favor that you did not get HIV from this exposure and I see no reason for concern.  I would like to know what dose of steroids you are taking  and whether or not you have been taking them throughout the period since your exposure or just for part of the time) however.  EWH
