Condom & noise question

I made the worst mistake ever and had vaginal sex with a CSW in South East Asia a risky area.  I used a condom but am a little confused,

By the way I was intoxictaed during the encounter which is making me even more paronoid.

What happened was we were having sex and i heard a noise like a pop so pulled out and I looked at the condom and I believe it looked ok from the top.  A minute later i thought i heard another noise so pulled out again and i think my penis was still in it  but i decided to take it off an change to a new one it as i was playing on my mind.  I didnt finish in the 1st condom iwhich s why on top of the noises i heard i am out of my mind.

My questions are and i do apologise if they seem stupid as i have a family and am distraght and cant do a thing.

1) what was the noises i heard - could it have been air coming from the vagina?

2)  Or maybe a rupture on the top side of the condom.  I put on a condom tomight as a test and pulled hard on it and it tput a hole on the side but it was not noticebale to the eye.  It did not rupture all the way.   If this is where it tore am i at risk here?

2) Would i have noticed the condom was damaged taking it off even though i was pretty drunk?

3) Am I at risk here for HIV/STD.  Is it ok to resume relations with my wife.

This episode is causing me grief beyong belief...the event was 1 week ago.

Thank you everyone.

Have no idea about the noise but as long as the condom didn't fail you were at no risk and as stated before you would have known if the condom had failed.
