As stated by our member, oral sex, protected or unprotected is NOT a risk for HIV. The only risk factors for HIV are unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse and sharing of IV drug needles. As you did not risk HIV, your concerns are not related to HIV and therefore, we are closing this discussion. We wish you the best of health.

Thanks AnxiousNoMore. Do you consider my 5.5 weeks 4 gen test conclusive even though I have high absolute lymphocytes. What are the risk if I have HPV. I am asking because my girlfriend have HPV. Based on your experience, do you consider 5.5 weeks 4 gen test reliable?
HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from oral. It doesn't matter if you and they were bleeding at the time of oral either because it is effectively dead. You don't have any risk for HIV so didn't even need to test once, so a third test will be a phobia, considering also that your doctor has given a different diagnosis than HIV.
Only adult risks are unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal sex or sharing needles that you inject with so you had no risk.
Even with blood, lactation cuts, rashes, burns etc saliva and air do not allow inactivated virus to infect from oral. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established so nothing you can add will make it a risk. Late seroconversion is an old myth.
This is not a diagnostic forum for non-HIV issues, and whatever you have has nothing to do with HIV, so continue to work with your doctor.
