oraquick and clearview
hi everyone, over the past year and half i have had oral sex and fingered 7 different women. the last one being in may 2013. Out of the 7 i can confirm 6 were hiv negative, i have seen their results, but the first one I am not sure about which occurred around october 2013. I took an oraquick at home on may 24th 2013 and then got a clear view complete hiv 1/2 in october 2014 at the health center. Both of these tests were negative. I never had sex with these women just oral sex and fingering, i have cuts on my fingers from eczema. Last 4 months i have been getting dizzy spells and now gf has been getting them too for 2 months, could this be some sort of std like hiv? I am really worried.
Well the thing is the clearview is a FDA approved test and at 3 months post last exposure would be considered conclusive and don't need to test. You've gone 5 months and still tested negative.

Wow fingering is consider no risk. My understanding from a few different sources is that it takes deep cuts. Also, the only case of transmission from a cut was via a knife cut and both parties were bleeding significantly.
Also you've tested several months post what you say is your last exposure with an FDA approved tests. So you are conclusive after 3 months.
Also, acute HIV would not be just dizziness. There would be other symptoms, typically.
Best to contact a doctor. But don't believe HIV is the problem.
