out of fear from my action? or the 36 days negative?

I posted my action, sorry i am still in fear.

I am male, 32.

More than 1 months ago, I went to a so-called bath center in a small city of China.

there, the lady massaged me with her body, and then her tongue touched my anus, smoothely. at last, she gave me an oral sex with condom on me, but during this, i touched her clitoris, smoothely, it was a little wet. No real sex after all

I regret my action very much.

on the 36 days of the action, i went to the biggest hospital of my city (center hospital of the region), it was a combi(antibody and antigen)test, negative.

Now most people said that i CAN get our of my fear of hiv. But I am still in fear, my question is, if I can get out of the fear , from my action? or from the 36 day negative?

The only way one can become HIV + through a sexual encounter is via unrpotected anal or vaginal sex, period.  You did not have a risk!

hiv transmission takes place when a PENIS IS INSIDE a vagina / anus.  nothing that you've described put you at risk for contracting hiv...NOTHING ! ! !
