are 3rd generation HIV rapid test sensitive enough to detect HIV anitbodys on the 13 week.i heard there are 4th generation rapid test now.im currently using a 3rd generation EIA rapid test.

Any test is good at 13 weeks.
Any test currently in use will be completely accurate at the 13 week mark, regardless of generation.
