Results Confirmation

I got my 7 weeks confirmation results yesterday..i tested neg for HIV - Antibodies
I tested neg for Hepatitis B and C
My hiv test was done twice..and both came back negative - the doc told me that this result is 98 % conclusive..but to get that 2% i will need to do the test at 3 months..i have been given an appointment on 5th Nov - which will be well over the 3 months mark..
The doc told me that since hepatitis came back negative..it is a strong indication against hiv virus..
When i told about my p24 antigens test..he was like not well enthusiast cause according to him p 24 alone is not that reliable...Thats it i guess...shall wait for my next test....which shall be my final..

Reacting only to the title you chose for this thread, before reading your question:  With modern HIV tests, a negative result 4 weeks after the last possible exposure almost certainly means you didn't catch it.  This depends a bit on the nature of the exposure, but if typical of most on this forum, you can be virtually certain you don't have HIV.
