Blood in saliva have contact with the wound

Good expert, before Posting, I refer to a lot of posts in the BBS, but did not conform to the situation very much! By looking at I don't know that oral sex or a very small possibility of infection, kiss not infection, regardless of whether there is a dental problem. I would now like to introduce my situation: I am a gay, I recently met a male sex workers, have taken place in our relationship, he used his tongue lick my body, but there is a bruise on my thighs, is just formed, fresh, written reply to a subordinate body worn out, have the sticky tissue fluid, there may be a little bleeding, although I don't see! The shower will be pain, the wound is a strip, each other have a lick here. How long does the lick? I don't know! In saliva have blood? I don't know! I want to know if the other party in saliva and blood, bleeding gums or other oral health problems, for example, and my wound, like my introduction, is fresh, open! This is in danger of infection? Do I need to detect? I have find the same post, it is a Chinese, but in my case, probably worse than he, looking forward to your reply!

Oral sex isn't a risk of HIV transmission You never had an exposure.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
