why oral sex mutual is not risk what is the risk if we kissign the body and blood goes inside the mouth

It doesn't matter if your partner is HIV positive or not. HIV is not transmitted by oral sex.

Oral sex with even a bit of blood is a Theoritical risk but not a risk in real terms as the digestive enzymes present in saliva as well as the presece of oxygen in air with temperature fluctuations destabilise the HIV virus making transmissions remote. Appropriate care has to be taken if you or your partner has HIV when performing oral sex.
