anal sex, condom stuck

Hi,
first of all thank you for your help on this forum!
1 day ago I had protected anal sex with a transsexual. I was the "top", it was a short encounter and there was no ejaculation.
After about 5 minutes of penetration I noticed the condom was moving a bit, so I pulled out and readjusted it (the condom seemed fine). I went on to continue for another couple of minutes and when I pulled out again, the condom was not on me anymore, it was "stuck" (not all the way inside - it just didn't come out 'with me' when I pulled out). He/she then pulled it out easily, which means at least the ring must have still been on the outside. We stopped right there and that was it.

Do you think there is a risk factor here? I don't know wether the person was HIV+ or - (he/she said negative, but well, I guess everybody would say that). As the condom ring must have been still on the outside, I am pretty sure the head of my penis (uncircumcised, by the way) did not get in any contact with her/his anus really.. (maybe slightly on the outside...?) I'm not sure exactly when the condom got loose and 'stuck' though, but most likely it must have happened only at the moment I pulled out... I can't help but be a bit worried though.
I appreciate your response!

just one follow-up question. I know this should probably be in the STD forum now, but what was the risk of getting an STD (skin-to-skin) from this encounter? Remember, the condom may have been covering only the head of my penis at some point, also I do remember feeling a bit 'wet' (from his/her anus) on the base of my penis... Thank you again.

You were never at risk.

thank you. I probably will do the test in 3 months anyway, but you made me relax a bit ;)
I think after withdrawal my penis was in contact with skin and maybe the outside of the anus only, but you say I never was at risk that way, right? .. so, thanks again

You lost the condom on withdraw, you need to hold onto the ring of the condom when you withdraw. You were never at risk of contacting HIV.

thanks again. I'm too worried, so you are probably right. But let's assume it was a HIV+ person and let's assume the head of my penis did touch along the anus for a few seconds when pulling out, would I be at risk? I still hope for an expert advice such as Dr. HH .. thank you though!

I'm pretty sure the condom was intact and didn't break, yes. however, I'm still worried as there may have been slight contact when I pulled out (or worst case even before?) because the condom was not 'on me', but 'stuck' instead..
thanks unsure1990!
hope an expert will comment on this as well.

It was intact right? Your fine! Next time try a different type of condom! Maybe extra strength! But yeah you shouldn't worry as long as it didn't brake
