Right Medication But still have Infection {Please don"t delete i beg you,got chance after a long time}

First of all thanks to you to don"t delete me and for  gave a great and helpfull support to the ignorant{like mr}AND YEAP SORRY FOR BAD ENGLISH
I had an encounter on 18th of march with a sex worker,unprotected oral and protected vaginal sex,may be around of 5 to 8 min..God Knows why i feel guilty after 8 min and just came off without ejaculation.when i see the condom i feel like a hell although that was not fully broken and also still intact over penis but that was damaged some how.i saw dot of sperm over my penis head when i removed that.
PLEASE HELP ME OUT...
1> Is eight week test is relaible{say if that was of like home kit both hiv I and II ,i don"t know the testing methods here in India(asia).whether they are advance or not.
2> If the condom was not fully teared [is that somehow safe]
3> MAIN CONCERN IS THAT MY THROAT IS STILL INFECTED{REDNESS,DRY AND SLIGHT SORE} AFTER 20 DAYS OF RIGHT MEDICATION.This is first time i never ever had a long time infection.y the medicines are not working is there is something wrong with immune system i am very scared ...does it can be due to hiv symptoms.
4> I didn"t have unprotected sex after that incident with my wife can i do unprotected after 12 week negative test and please insure me what method which i should go for please name the METHODS.Thanks a lot

Almost no chance of HIV from the exposure you describe.  1) An 8 week negative test is totally reliable, especially after the relaitvely low risk exposure you describe. 2) If the condom was intact over the penis, there was no transmission risk.  3) Almost everybody with the symptoms you describe have something other than HIV.  4) You can safely have sex with your wife right now, i.e. after a negative test at 8 weeks.  But if it will help your anxiety, you can have another test at 12 weeks.  That result also will be negative. You do not have HIV.
